Peruvian barista Héctor Villanueva presents his American Coffee recipe, with a balance between taste, acidity and minimum bitterness, which leaves a quite pleasant taste on the palate.

Ingredients
E 19 gr fine ground coffee.
E 4.5 Oz (130 ml) of water at 92°C.
Equipment
E Espresso machine.
E Electric coffee grinder.
Preparation
E Grind the 19 gr of coffee. Level it and compact it in the portafilter.
