Brew Coffee with a V60
And it is not surprising that this is the case, since the result of a cup of coffee brewed with a V60 is characterized by its clarity of flavor, which even the most demanding palates enjoy without complaint.

Ingredients
E 25 gr of coffee (medium grind).
E 375 ml of water (92°C).
Utensils
E V60 Dripper with paper filter.
E Scale with timer.
E Serving jug.
E Kettle with gooseneck.
PREPARATION
E On the serving jar place the V60 with the paper filter.
E Once placed, rinse the filter with hot water.
E Discard the water left in the decanter and place the ground coffee inside the filter.
EStart the timer and at the same time make a pre-infusion by adding 85 ml of water.
E At the end of 40 seconds make the first discharge with 85 ml of water, to reach a total of 170 ml.
E At the end of 1 min 30 sec make a second discharge with the rest of the water, 205 ml, reaching a total of 375 ml and wait for all the liquid to drain.

ERemove the V60 and discard the filter. Integrate the extraction with slight circular movements and serve in a preheated cup.
