TROPICAL MIND
A drink made with coffee husk, combined with strawberry syrup, lemon juice, sugar and ice, very refreshing.

Ingredients
E 60 ml of coffee husk.
E 2 lemons.
E 10 gr of strawberry.
E 10 gr of sugar.
E 150 gr of crushed ice.
E 1 yellow lemon.
E 30 ml of blue dye.
Utensils
E A glass of approximately 300 ml.
E Imperial spoon.
E Juicer.
E Ziploc bag.
E Bowl.
E Scratcher.
Preparation
E 20 gr of coffee husk per 90 ml of water at 95°C for 3 minutes.
Coffee husk
E Squeeze the 2 lemons until you get 1.5 gr of the lemon juice
E 10 gr of strawberry, put it inside a Ziploc bag with 10 gr of sugar and close the bag, then heat water and put the bag in the bowl with the water until it is cold, then stir it and put it in the fridge for 4 hours and finally extract 1.5 gr of strawberry syrup.
E Take the yellow lemon and scratch it to get the 5 gr of the lemon zest.
E After having everything ready we begin assembly.
E To layered the Tropical Mind, we put the crushed ice in the glass, then we put 1.5 gr of strawberry syrup with the imperial spoon, the next thing is to put 1.5 gr of lemon juice with the same spoon, then add the 60 ml of coffee husk with a spoon in convex position, then add the 5 gr of lemon zest and finally 30 ml of blue dye.

E Be aware of the strawberry fermentation process.
